Shahid (Shad) Khan, called the “New Face of the American Dream” by Forbes, has an unwavering drive to boost Jacksonville’s growth.  A naturalized citizen from Pakistan, Khan studied engineering at the University of Illinois and revolutionized automotive component manufacturing with his Flex-N-Gate companies.  In 2012, he became the first minority NFL owner with the Jacksonville Jaguars.  The Jaguars, Fulham Football Club, All Elite Wrestling, Daily’s Place, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, and the Khan family’s Jacksonville development firm, Iguana Investments, reflect Khan’s diverse entrepreneurial and community impact.

Shanna Noelle Khan, President & Chief Design Officer of the Khan Family’s development arm, Iguana Investments, combines creativity and business acumen to oversee the development of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville.  She is a lead investor in the award winning 11-story 919 West Fulton development in Chicago and has previously invested in Broadway Chapter in Fort Worth and The Resort at Urbana Country Club in Illinois.  Shanna’s bespoke design house, Shanna Collective, influences every development in which she invests.  With a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois, Shanna also served as an Immigration Specialist for the U.S. House of Representatives. She actively supports philanthropic efforts, including the Jaguars Foundation and PAWS Chicago.

Pininfarina, famed for its partnership with Ferrari since the 1950s, is a renowned Italian design house founded in 1930. Beyond automotive design, it now excels in architecture and engineering. Founded in 2007 by Eran Chen AIA, ODA is a New York-based firm known for its innovative and unconventional designs.
